這是一家在全台灣都很少見到的烤冷麵，更奇妙的是，這還是一家可供素食者選擇的烤冷麵。

老闆在旅韓時嘗過烤冷麵的味道後，就想著要把這種食物帶回台灣，更難得的是，老闆想要把烤冷麵做成素食者也可享用的美食。

When the boss traveled in Korea, she tasted the roasted cold noodles and wanted to bring this kind of food back to Taiwan. What’s more, the boss wanted to make roasted cold noodles a delicious food also for vegetarians.

為此，老闆可沒少花費功夫。作為台灣難得一見的烤冷麵店，成品的烤冷麵麵皮無法直接進貨，於是老闆只能從麵粉開始自己製作。並且店裡所有配料及醬料均是老闆找廠家制定的素食特別版。
例如，名為炸雞的“炸雞”實際上是噴香酥脆的猴頭菇塊，加上韓式辣醬再鋪上滿滿的生菜，完全不是大家印象中綠油油的素食餐點，一口下去，極其滿足。
