“蛋漿大學”，聽到名字的時候Latte就忍不住想，到底是什麼樣的老闆才會給自己的小吃鋪取這麼一個有趣又可愛的名字。雖然這家店在Latte的探店名單中很久了，但直到Latte現在搬到土城這邊來，才找到機會去一探究竟。
When Latte heard the name–“Danjiang University”(the words meaning University of egg paste, but also has the same pronunciation as a famous private university in Taiwan ), I couldn’t help but wonder what kind of man would give his snack shop such an interesting and lovely name. Although this shop has been on Latte’s list for a long time, it is not until I moved to Tucheng and finally find a chance to film this shop.

小吃鋪位於新北市土城區廣明街64號。老闆和他的小吃鋪一樣，有趣又可愛，原名為伍興吉的他戲稱自己為蛋漿大學的校長，做出的蛋餅自然也是“五星級”。超多種口味的粉漿蛋餅，料足又便宜，沒有添加過多的調味料，深受街坊鄰居的喜愛。這種粉漿蛋餅，在台北已經不多見了，不同於使用麵團的蛋餅，粉漿蛋餅的餅皮更加柔軟，餡料也可自由搭配。繽紛多彩的餡料，加上老闆煎製時熟練順滑的動作，僅僅只是看製作過程就已足夠賞心悅目。
The snack shop is located at 64 Guangming Street, Tucheng District, Xinbei city. The boss is just as interesting and lovely as his snack shop. The name of boss is Wu Xingji (has the same pronunciation as “five-stars”), so he jokingly calls himself the president of the “Danjiang University”, and his egg cakes are naturally “five-star”. His shop supply super variety of flavors of powdered egg cake. Generous portion with cheap price, adding no other seasoning but salt, his pancake are loved by neighbors. This kind of egg cake is rare in Taipei nowadays. Unlike the egg cake made with dough, this kind of egg pancake is softer and the stuffing can be mixed freely. Colorful stuffing, coupled with the boss’s skilful and smooth frying movements, just watching the production process is enough to be enjoyable.

小吃鋪餐單也非常簡單，店如其名，只賣蛋餅。老闆可說了，他們“蛋漿大學”可是“私立大學第一名”，歡迎大家多多光臨喔！
The menu is also very simple, as its name, only sell egg cakes. The boss said, their “egg paste university” was the “No.1 Private University”, welcome to visit!
