Cooking pepper shrimp requires direct fire with high temperature, so most shops will use a special kind of pot made of aluminum tin alloy, which is resistant to high temperature and is not easy to crack. This Tongxinhao Pepper Shrimp shop is located in Shilin Night Market. It is a stall in front of a mobile phone repair shop. The boss also runs this cell phone repair shop. This intriguing combination originated from a suggestion of a shrimp raising friend of the boss.
