小豬兒蛋餅是一家由帶著兩個小女兒的年輕媽媽經營的蔬菜蛋餅小攤，位於台北的傳統夜市-北投市場。
The piggy egg pancake is a vegetable egg pancake stand run by a young mother of two little girls, located in the traditional night market in Taipei – Beitou market.

雖然處在美食遍地的北投，但其特色的方形脆皮蛋餅和豪華份量仍然頗具吸引力。和傳統軟乎乎的圓形蛋餅不同，小豬兒家的方形餅皮酥脆焦香，搭配大量的繽紛蔬菜，光看就已經讓人食指大動!曾有油管粉絲開玩笑說，老闆家的蔬菜是不是自產自銷，不然在蔬菜價格不算便宜的台灣，小豬兒家的份量實屬少見。
Although Beitou is full of delicious food, piggy’s square crispy egg pancakes with luxurious portion is still attractive. Unlike traditional soft egg pancakes, the rectangular shaped crust pancakes of piggy’s are crispy and scorched with lots of colorful vegetables, which is inviting people to make a big move just by looking. YouTube fans once joked that is the vegetables sold on their own. Otherwise, the generous portion of piggy’s is really rare in Taiwan where vegetables are usually not cheap.

不過老闆的朋友說，其實小豬兒的性格就是這樣，份量太少不過癮，看到客人吃的開心她也開心。LATTE前去拍攝的時候為了一口氣拍到各式口味的餅，自費買了很多張分給大家吃，大方的老闆也有算便宜哦～

老闆的悉心經營，讓這個小攤得以維持一家人的生活。但作為帶著兩個小孩的媽媽，即使請了人幫忙照顧，有時還是會忙不過來，不過熟悉老闆情況的常客自然表示能夠理解，畢竟份量如此之足的蛋餅在台灣真的再很難找到第二家。
Careful management made the stall able to maintain the life of this family. But as a mother with two children, even if she has someone to take care of her babies, she still terribly busy sometimes. However, regular customers who are familiar with the boss’s situation naturally show that they can understand. After all, it’s really difficult to find a second place for such a large amount of egg pancakes in Taiwan.
